"Our 'lifetime' Revu 20 licenses hit end-of-support July 31, 2026 and end-of-life December 31. We either pay per-seat annual forever, or we move."— The Revu 20 cliff. Perpetual holdouts lose Studio, updates, and support this year.
"Half our office wants MacBooks. Bluebeam's answer is Parallels — another $99 a year to emulate Windows so we can run software we already pay for."— No native Mac client since Revu for Mac was killed. Groundwork runs native on both.

When Bluebeam wins
We'll say it plainly.
If your workflow depends on Revu's scripting engine, batch Sets processing, digital forms, or CAD plug-ins — Bluebeam is the deeper document platform, and switching would cost you more than it saves. It's a 20-year product; we don't clone all of it, on purpose.
But if what you actually do all day is measure, count, price, and bid — the takeoff itself — Groundwork does that job end-to-end for less than any two Bluebeam tiers, on whichever machine you like.
