Privacy, in plain English
- Your plans are yours. Plan sets, takeoffs, estimates, and exports belong to your organization. We don't sell data, and we don't train public AI models on your documents.
- Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer. Every organization's data is isolated with row-level security — not application-code promises.
- We collect the minimum to run the service: account details (name, email), billing via our payment processor (we never see full card numbers), and product diagnostics. Crash reporting is opt-in.
- Offline data stays on your device until it syncs to your organization's workspace.
- Deletion: ask and it's gone — account and org data removal within 30 days, confirmed in writing.
Terms, in plain English
- Subscriptions are per named seat, cancellable self-serve, effective end of the billing period. No 30-day written-notice requirements, no automatic multi-year lock-ins.
- Perpetual licenses are perpetual. If you stop paying maintenance, your licensed version keeps working. We will not revoke, expire, or convert a perpetual license.
- Trials are 14 days, full-featured, no payment method required, and end by simply ending.
- Fair use: a seat is one human. Seat sharing isn't allowed; each seat activates on up to two devices.
- Your responsibility: takeoff and AI outputs assist your estimating judgment — verify quantities before you bid. We provide the tools; the bid is yours.
